Shu Jun, the Creator

Quinn Shepherd felt a chill run down his spine—the source of this divine sense was none other than the Creation God‑Stone embedded in his third divine eye!

He had only just begun laying out the Great Zhou Star Gods’ Dao‑runes when the Pre‑Historic Creator hidden inside the God‑Stone sensed him!

He’d thought he could lay his formation at leisure—who would have guessed this Pre‑Historic Creator was so vigilant.

Quinn reacted instantly, forcing cold sweat to break out on his brow and driving his blood‑qi to make his heart pound violently, as if terrified. He stammered, “Who? Who’s in my mind?”

Half the sweat on his forehead was real, half feigned. To be honest, he really had been startled—he hadn’t expected that even with such caution, he’d still be detected by the Pre‑Historic Creator.

As for making his heart race with blood‑qi, that part was fake—he wasn’t so weak as to lose control.

The obscure divine sense that appeared in his mind was silent for a moment, then pulsed: “You needn’t be so guarded, nor so deliberate. It’s true I once meant you harm, but seeing your methods, I think it’s better to be upfront and talk things over—we might reach a better outcome, instead of mutual destruction.”

Quinn’s heart stopped pounding, his blood‑qi returned to normal. He sent out a ripple of divine sense, smiling: “Senior, you understand my language?”

“I don’t.”

The divine sense said, “I’m only using divine sense to speak with you. When minds collide, we don’t need language to understand each other. Young friend, I was wrong to secretly make a move against you. You needn’t sneak around against me either—we could cooperate and both benefit!”

Quinn's spirit embryo frantically mobilized his yuanqi, continuing to imprint his third divine eye. The second Star God imprint took shape, and he immediately began carving the third.

“Senior, you must be joking. Right now you have a way to deal with me, but I have no way to deal with you. How could we possibly cooperate for mutual benefit?” Quinn replied.

He sent out a ripple of divine sense, continuing to lay his imprint, and said with a smile, “Senior, you nearly drained all my blood-qi and yuanqi just now—left me at death's door. Cooperation is possible, but I need to be able to protect myself before we talk. How should I address you?”

The divine sense replied, “My name is Shu Jun, from Fangbo Nation... but never mind, my race is extinct, so why mention my former identity? Young friend, even if you finish your preparations, you still can't do anything to me.”

Quinn continued setting up his formation, saying, “Even if I can't do anything to Senior, it still makes me feel a bit more at ease.”

He deliberately omitted some Star God Dao-runes, leaving all sorts of flaws—just so this Pre-Historic Creator would think he was powerless to harm him.

As long as he arranged all 360 Star God Dao-runes, he could instantly patch the missing parts and seize the initiative!

Shu Jun let him finish his setup, saying, “I just want to be resurrected, that's all, no malice. If you lend me some blood-qi and divine sense to help me revive, I can give you this Taichu Primal Stone. Do you know its origin? This stone is a primordial stone from the dawn of antiquity—we searched the universe and only found one, which was taken by Taidi Ju Yu.”

Quinn responded, “Mm, I'm not concerned whether it's a Creation God-Stone or a Taichu Primal Stone. This stone was originally mine—my Senior Brother found it and gave it to me.”

Shu Jun was silent for a moment, then said, “There are two kinds of god-stones in this world: Taichu God-Stones and Taichu Primal Stones. Taichu God-Stones are ordinary rhomboid crystals that strengthen divine sense. Taichu Primal Stones are far more powerful! I can teach you how to activate the Taichu Primal Stone's power, letting you master the strength of Taidi Ju Yu!”
