Creative Humiliation, Zhu Ming's Downfall Continues

12/7/2025

The CEO of Tianding Group is actually Rachel Luo!

For Jack Young, this was an absolute pleasant surprise—it saved him a ton of trouble. But for Zhu Ming, this was a disaster falling from the sky.

That’s right. Rachel Luo returned to Earth from the martial arts world, transforming from a lone wanderer with no one to rely on, into the celebrated CEO everyone flocks to. Such a drastic change in status and environment could make a lot of people change. At least, here on Earth, the word 'Master' doesn’t hold the same sacred weight as it does in the martial arts world.

But Rachel Luo hasn’t turned into one of those people who make you want to grind your teeth, clutch your stomach, or just pinch them out of existence. She’s still that senior sister from Flower Shifting Palace, still that gentle yet capable woman. She’s still the one who, just to stand up for Jack Young in front of Old Lady Withered Glory, would kneel to a younger man and call him Master.

It’s just that, in the martial arts world, surrounded by powerful figures and being relatively weak herself, what people mostly saw was her gentleness.

But now, what stands out most is her strength.

There’s no need to dwell on the details of this business meeting. In short: Rachel Luo went full throttle, nearly beating Zhu Ming into oblivion. Of course, everyone here is a civilized person with a reputation—nobody’s flipping tables or cussing each other out. That’s just not how things work in this world. But as someone who was basically the mascot CEO, Rachel Luo’s sudden eruption caught a lot of people off guard.

Throughout the meeting, Rachel Luo set the main tone and direction, while everyone else from Tianding Group echoed, polished, and cheered her on. She was like a general—once she pointed out the attack route, her troops charged ahead without hesitation.

"I’ve done a preliminary review of both companies. Technically, Eternal Night Construction Group has the edge and a lot of advantages."

With just one sentence, Rachel Luo set the core idea.

I've also looked into both companies—Eternal Night Holdings is strong and has made impressive contributions to public construction projects.

With her second sentence, Rachel Luo made her stance absolutely clear.

Although she only spoke two sentences, the direction was already obvious to everyone present.

So, those who knew what was up immediately whipped out stacks of materials, laying out the facts and reasoning in unison, explaining Eternal Night Construction’s superiority from every angle. You have to admit, anyone who’s made it this far in the company is sharp—especially with Rachel Luo just taking charge and everyone unsure of her style, they’d prepared thoroughly in advance. Those thick folders weren’t just for show; whatever argument the situation called for, they had it ready.

Back when Zhu Ming was in charge, all the documents they pulled out said things like “postpone,” “discuss further,” or “needs more consideration.” But now, naturally, the wind has changed.

Charts and graphs were laid out on the table—pie charts, bar graphs, you name it. In the pie chart, Eternal Night was the big slice, Tomorrow City Construction was the skinny one. In the bar graph, Eternal Night towered above, Tomorrow bowed low. There were tree diagrams, scatter plots, distribution maps, plus photos and professional assessments—bottom line, Eternal Night crushed Tomorrow, and the data made it undeniable.

It’s rare to see a bidding process so one-sided. Normally, the bidding company keeps things balanced to get the best deal—and some people get private perks from the process, everyone’s in on it. So, whether publicly or privately, a situation like today’s usually only happens in daydreams.

But now, thanks to Rachel Luo, that daydream has become reality.

Of course, even with the east wind crushing the west wind, it wasn’t all smooth sailing—someone still tried to resist. And that someone wasn’t Deborah Zade, but Zhu Ming himself. While one lackey was still blowing smoke, Zhu Ming gave the table a light tap, cutting him off and drawing everyone’s attention.

Clearly, he was pretty fed up.
