No Good or Evil Among Demons

1/11/2026

"Elder Cheng, is that white snake a Demon?" Sean Cen pointed at the agile white snake about thirty meters ahead, his eyes full of doubt.

In his own perception, there was no trace of Demon malice.

Evan Cheng frowned, hesitated for a moment, then finally said, "It shouldn’t be. I didn’t sense any Demon malice either."

He was, after all, a middle‑tier Martial General!

Although he hadn’t awakened Inspiration, his senses were extremely keen. A newly born Demon, even with an innate talent for concealing its aura, could not fool him.

Hiss!

The white snake let out a soft hiss, seeming to tremble in fear.

At that moment—

The giant Demon python ahead of Andrew Han suddenly vibrated the air and spoke in human language: "Humans, we have no wish to be your enemies. Please stop. We will leave immediately."

"Delusional!"

Andrew Han roared, his left fist glowing red, crashing down on the Demon python’s body like lightning splitting earth—crack!

The metallic scales shattered instantly.

The Demon python wailed, repeatedly slamming into the mountain wall. Realizing Andrew Han’s terrifying strength, it lost all its earlier ferocity. Its yellow eyes flickered wildly—panic, shock, and finally a glimmer of resolve.

Hiss!

It vibrated the air again, its voice layered and heavy: "Humans, please spare our child. It is not a Demon!"

Andrew Han said nothing, his right leg swung down like a battle axe.

The Demon python’s strange voice seemed to plead: "I beg you, it is not a Demon! You humans also have parents—surely you can understand our feelings."

"If I die, it doesn’t matter."

"All I ask is that you spare our child."

Boom!

Andrew Han struck with his unwavering right palm, sweeping forward in a powerful push. His hand, suffused with Presented Liquid Internal Power, carried the force to split mountains, bending the Demon’s massive body to its breaking point.

Never believe a single word spoken by a Demon.

Human beings—creatures of flesh and blood—are nothing but food for Demons and Specters, who devour them to grow stronger. That is why martial practitioners and these monsters are mortal enemies by nature.

This is a battle for survival itself.

Even the bloodiest wars between nations pale in comparison to this life-and-death enmity. Demons and Specters seek not only to eradicate humanity, but to breed and raise humans as livestock for their own consumption.

Swish!

His left fist blasted through the air, making the Demon python wail in agony.

A cold glint flashed in Andrew Han’s eyes. His right leg swung up like a giant axe, then crashed down with a thunderous roar, striking the python’s vital spot and forcing it to spit out a mouthful of emerald Demon blood—leaving it gravely wounded.

"Die."

Andrew Han stepped forward.

The Demon python, slumped weakly against the mountain wall and barely clinging to life, suddenly struggled to speak: "No! Please! I beg you! Our child is not a Demon—please, spare it! I’ll prove it with my death!"

You?

Even Demons know how to show respect?

Andrew Han let out a cold laugh and drove his right fist forward again.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The relentless barrage made the Demon’s yellow eyes gradually fade.

Suddenly—

Its enormous eyes turned, fixing on Andrew Han with a pleading gaze. Tears streamed down—overflowing with raw, desperate emotion: "Please, spare my child!"

No sooner had it spoken than it twisted its own Demon body.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

This General‑class python Demon squeezed its own body tightly, shattering layer upon layer of scales, breaking its Demon form, and actually ended its own life here.

Demons and Specters possess intelligence—and emotion.

In that moment, Andrew Han seemed to see his mother, Linda Chen’s loving gaze—an overwhelming emotion that defied words.

"So—"

"Demons have motherly love too?"

Andrew Han’s face remained expressionless, his gaze as silent as a dead lake—without a trace of pity or sympathy, almost amused.

Do creatures like you even deserve pity?

Not to mention the tragedies he’d recently experienced or heard about—even just thinking of his little sister Lucy Han, Andrew Han’s resolve was set: if he had the strength, he would exterminate all Demons and Specters.

Because—

Countless families who should have lived in happiness were shattered and ruined, just like in his memories of his previous life.

The existence of Demons and Specters brought endless suffering and left behind disasters that could never be erased. Anyone who sympathizes with them is unworthy of being human.

Hmph.

Only after sensing that all malice had vanished did Andrew Han erupt once more, helping Harold Xie finish off the other python Demon.

Rustle, rustle, rustle.

Countless rocks slid down, leaving the cave in chaos.

Harold Xie gasped for breath, sweat pouring as he crouched on the ground, his body covered in bruises and wounds. Without Andrew Han’s help, he probably couldn’t have killed the python Demon alone.

Only now—

Did he truly realize he was more than a level below Andrew Han.

"Worthy of being called a Peerless Martial Artist."

A genuine smile appeared on Harold Xie’s face as he sincerely praised Andrew Han. But hearing no reply, he looked up in confusion.
