John Chou headed toward a distant path. The wraiths behind him stared in astonishment, many wanting to follow, but ultimately stopping in their tracks.
"That guy is really something. And he's just a Yellow Page."
One of the wraiths sighed with emotion, while Soren Black followed after him.
"Let it go. Chasing after someone like that is exhausting. Next time you hear about him, he might already be somewhere you can never reach."
Soren Black smiled, transformed into a streak of green light, and drifted after him. Many of the wraiths behind them quietly watched as John Chou disappeared at the end of the path. Only after a long while did they finally disperse.
"The place we're heading next isn't exactly friendly, John Chou. What do you plan to do?"
Soren Black walked up beside John Chou and asked.
"We'll decide when we get there."
"There's no need to go to the City of the Dead. That's the Underworld Court's main office in the living world. There are plenty of ways to reach the Underworld."
John Chou shook his head and replied with a question of his own.
