First Time as a Father

1/19/2026

Luna's words made Evan Chu pause for a moment. He'd wanted to go out right away to see Selena Yale and the child—after all, the feeling of becoming a father for the first time is the most exciting and joyful thing. But with not a shred of Stellar Power in his body at the moment, he had no choice but to give up that idea.

Then Evan turned to Alex Xiao and said, "Alex, go out first and check on your sister-in-law. Tell them not to worry—I'll be out within ten days to half a month at most."

"Okay, big bro. Should Luna go out with me too?" Alex Xiao asked softly.

"Luna needs to stay and help me recover my Chaos Dragon Force. Just go tell them, so they don't worry about me every day!" Evan said.

With that, Alex Xiao left the Stellar Cultivation Chamber. At this moment, Lynne Nie turned to Evan and asked, "Linfeng, what do I need to do to help you recover your Chaos Dragon Force?"

"Lynne, I know out of all my wives, I owe you the most. We've been married for so long, but I've never really spent time with you alone. Do you blame me?" Evan asked gently.

"You're my husband—how could I ever blame you? As long as you're safe, I'm satisfied. But you haven't told me how I can help yet," Lynne Nie looked at Evan and asked.

Evan then explained the method to help him recover. Lynne's face turned bright red as she listened—she never imagined she would consummate her marriage with Evan in this secret chamber, and even less that Dream Princess had done the same with him here before.

And all of it was for the sake of helping him recover his Chaos Dragon Force. Right now, Lynne Nie was unbelievably nervous—she'd imagined her wedding night with Evan countless times, but never thought it would happen here.

Evan was already experienced in this sort of thing. With just a little teasing, Lynne was left dazed; when he kissed her soft lips, her breathing quickened, and her heart felt like it might leap out of her chest.

Before long, all their clothes had disappeared. Evan Chu's hands lingered on Lynne Nie's ample curves, shaping them into countless forms. He found the sensation deeply satisfying.

Naturally, what followed was the most crucial step. As Evan entered her, Lynne couldn't help but let out a pained moan, though it was quickly replaced by waves of pleasure...

Evan felt a stream of pure yin energy flow into his body. This yin was unlike that of any other woman—so clean and gentle, it merged with his Pure Yang Qi almost instantly, fusing far faster than any other yin he'd absorbed before.

The only drawback was the amount—Lynne's yin was too scarce for his Dragon Pearl to absorb automatically. But Evan wasn't worried; he knew this process couldn't succeed in just one or two rounds.

Evan and Lynne savored the happiness of their union. During this time, Evan drew her yin energy three times, each wave weaker than the last, but the Chaos Qi in his body began to accumulate, bringing him real joy.

Evan knew Lynne couldn't withstand much more with her constitution, so he stopped and said gently, "Lynne, thank you. Rest and cultivate for two days—I may need a few more sessions before I can absorb Stellar Power again."

Right now, Lynne felt as if her whole body had collapsed, soft and powerless, but the feeling was intoxicating. She nodded slightly, knowing that only now was she truly Evan's woman.

At the same time, she took out a white handkerchief from her storage ring and carefully wiped away the red mark from her first time—wanting to save it as a cherished memory...

Over the next few days, Evan and Lynne naturally continued their most primal exercise. This time, Evan discovered his Dragon Pearl had finally started absorbing Chaos Qi—a revelation that thrilled him. After channeling a trace of Pure Yang Qi into Lynne, he stopped.

Lynne immediately began absorbing this rare energy, while Evan quietly observed the subtle changes within himself. Though the absorption was slow, it was unmistakably happening.

It was like a patient who hadn't been able to eat for ages finally being able to sip a little water. With time, they'd gradually eat again and eventually recover.

After half a day, the Chaos Force in his body was finally absorbed clean by the Dragon Pearl. Evan tried circulating his Dragon Pearl and found it could move again—slowly, but truly moving.

He began slowly absorbing the powerful Stellar Power inside the Stellar Cultivation Chamber. Sure enough, by the fifth day, his Dragon Pearl was rotating normally.

On the tenth day, all the Chaos Force in his body had transformed into Chaos Dragon Force. Evan opened his eyes, exhaled a long breath, and said to Lynne, "Lynne, let's go out! I've finally recovered! Thank you for everything!"

After leaving the Stellar Cultivation Chamber, Evan felt as if he'd been reborn. Breathing in the fresh air and taking in the scenery outside, he felt utterly at ease.

"Come on, let's go see Selena and the others—and find out whether I have a son or a daughter." Evan grinned, then teleported Lynne with him to the main hall entrance.

Evan's sudden appearance startled the Frostbane Sect disciples, but they instantly erupted into cheers. News of his return spread through the sect like wildfire.

Instead of heading straight to see Selena and the others, Evan entered the main hall. Inside, Joan He and several elders were waiting. Seeing Evan and Lynne, they hurried over to greet them.

"Sect Master, you're finally back! We've been worried for over a year. Have you regained your strength?" Joan He asked.

"All recovered. Thank you for your hard work. Nothing happened to Frostbane Sect, I hope?" Evan replied.

"Everything's normal. The Azure Tide Ruins are pretty calm for now, and all the major sects have returned to normal. But the Nine Great Sects have become five.

The four sects have merged into one. Their old sect masters have stepped back as Supreme Elders, but no new sect master has been named. Supposedly, they've renamed it Godslayer Sect, and it's been oddly quiet for over a year." Joan He explained.

"Is that so? Then the so-called new sect master must be the Red-Robe Youth. I bet the sect was created at his request, but it'll take at least ten years before he shows up again." Evan said.

"What do you mean, Sect Master? Did you injure the Red-Robe Youth so badly that it'll take him ten years to recover?" Joan He asked.

"That's right. I was hurt this badly—if he got away unscathed, I'd have no face left. Don't worry, now that I'm back, nobody in the Azure Tide Ruins will dare challenge Frostbane Sect!" Evan laughed.

Just then, Selena Yale, Serena Dream, Dream Princess, and Claire Ouyang walked in. Tears glimmered in their eyes as they saw Evan.

But Evan couldn't keep his composure—because both Dream Princess and Selena Yale were holding children in their arms. He'd known Selena was expecting, but seeing Dream Princess with a child too left him utterly shocked.
