Sword and Shield IV

A pale blue streak of light tore across the sky, emitting a series of sharp, piercing screeches.

With a thunderous crash, Marshal Leopard lunged at Redmond, but was unable to advance even an inch further. Redmond raised one hand, black flames swirling and burning around him.

"I heard it—your malice."

A series of thuds and beastly howls rang out—Marshal Leopard threw back his head as waves of black flames struck his body.

"Judge of Thunder."

A sizzling sound echoed as, in the distance, Victor Wei raised the Heavenly Judgment Ruler and swung it. Scarlet lightning flickered across Marshal Leopard’s body. With a deafening boom, a bolt of red lightning struck Redmond, but instantly split like water into several streams. Redmond stood enveloped in black flames, revealing only the left side of his cheek and a smile-filled eye.

Two metallic clangs rang out as the Twin Reapers attacked Redmond from both sides, sending waves of sonic force rippling toward him.

With a sharp crack, Redmond twisted his wrist, and Marshal Leopard’s body contorted like a twisted rope in an instant.

Judge Cui had yet to make a move, merely observing quietly. The Twin Reapers, wielding Mourning Staffs, tried to approach Redmond, but were blocked at the perimeter—an invisible wall seemed to stand before them.

Marshal Leopard’s body continued to twist, struggling desperately. Redmond smiled and suddenly waved his hand—swishing sounds filled the air as streaks of purple light flashed around Marshal Leopard, and in an instant, his body was torn apart.

Judge Cui frowned. Suddenly, a red glow appeared beneath Redmond's feet—it was Lucas Dao, wielding a brush as long as his body. In an instant, he arrived at Redmond's feet, and after a few strokes, the flames on Redmond's body burst apart.

Ghost Judge.

Suddenly, Victor Wei drifted forward. With a hum, he swung the Heavenly Judgment Ruler, and two horned demons appeared on either side of Redmond, biting his arms.

William Fan!

White Reaper shouted. The Twin Reapers brought their Mourning Staffs together—metallic ringing sounded as the staffs fused into one. A black-and-white beam shot out, engulfing Redmond.

Lucas Dao rushed to Marshal Leopard's side, wielding the giant brush with both hands. Black ink appeared under his strokes, and the word 'extreme' materialized in the air.

If you want to take me down, you'll need more than just this.

Suddenly, everyone stared in astonishment at the distant sky—without anyone noticing, Redmond was already standing far away, leaving everyone frozen in surprise.

So everything we just saw was an illusion.

Lucas Dao muttered, and with a thunderous boom, a violent explosion erupted where Redmond had just stood. It expanded and ascended like a giant multicolored sphere, its light instantly swallowing everything.
