Seeing Shawn Young step outside, Luna Xiao and Ray Tang, who'd been tense, finally let out a sigh of relief.
"Shawn, what happened to that bastard Kojiro Kuroda?" Ray Tang asked, unable to wait.
"He should be dead..." Shawn replied.
"Hmm..." Ray Tang rushed into the basement and found Kojiro Kuroda lying in a pool of blood, completely lifeless.
Ray Tang was ecstatic. He dashed outside and loudly announced to the Dragon Clear Brotherhood members in the corridor, "Guys! Great news—Kuroda Kojiro is done for! We've taken this building, and the Inagawa Syndicate's Tokyo branch is history!"
"Victory! Long live!" The Dragon Clear Brotherhood members cheered enthusiastically.
"Next, we push forward! Except for the wounded, the Thirteen Enforcers will be sending reinforcements soon. They'll handle the cleanup here. Time is precious, so everyone who can fight, follow me to Kanagawa Prefecture! Before the Inagawa Syndicate's reinforcements gather, we'll strike their headquarters with lightning speed and wipe them off the map! The Dragon Clear Brotherhood will claim new territory!" Ray Tang announced loudly.
"Alright! Take down the Inagawa Syndicate! Expand our turf!" The Dragon Clear Brotherhood members, fired up by Ray Tang's words, were filled with battle spirit. Their eyes gleamed with bloodlust as they clenched their fists and eagerly prepared for action. After all, nothing was more exciting than conquering enemy territory.
Ray Tang had successfully fired up his crew. He strode downstairs, with the Dragon Clear Brotherhood members chanting slogans to destroy the Inagawa Syndicate, crowding around Ray Tang and pouring out of the basement corridor.
Shawn got swept up by their energy—his own fighting spirit surged. He grabbed Luna Xiao's hand and followed the crowd downstairs. This victory was truly inspiring.
When they got downstairs, wow—the entrance was packed with over a hundred buses. Tony Zhou and hundreds of Thirteen Enforcers members were waiting there.
Many Thirteen Enforcers members were busily carrying out the fallen and wounded Dragon Clear Brotherhood brothers from the building. Turns out, these buses were prepared by the Thirteen Enforcers for the assault on the Inagawa Syndicate’s headquarters in Kanagawa Prefecture.
As soon as Tony Zhou saw Ray Tang come downstairs, he hurried over and shouted, "Boss Tang! The vehicles are ready for you. There are weapons and ammo on board, but since time is tight and the Tokyo police have started moving, you need to leave before they arrive. We couldn’t prepare anything else for you."
Ray Tang waved his hand and said, "Haha, Master Zhou, you’re too polite. With all this, we’re more than satisfied. On behalf of the Dragon Clear Brotherhood brothers, thank you! After tonight, our Dragon Clear Brotherhood and your Thirteen Enforcers will be as close as family!"
In the distance, the sound of police sirens erupted—Tokyo’s police were on the move. Tony Zhou quickly said to Ray Tang, "Alright! Wishing you victory! Head out now, and when the police arrive, we’ll handle them."
Ray Tang gratefully clasped his hands to Tony Zhou and said, "Sorry to trouble you and the brothers. Time’s tight—when we return victorious, let’s have a proper celebration! Drink till we drop!"
Tony Zhou laughed heartily, "Alright! I’ll be waiting for your triumphant return!"
Nearly a hundred buses roared to life as over two thousand Dragon Clear Brotherhood members quickly boarded. Ray Tang got on the lead bus, looked back, and saw Shawn and Luna Xiao standing outside. He waved and called, "Brother Shawn, Boss Xiao, get on! Let’s go crush the Inagawa Syndicate’s nest together!"
Shawn was about to agree when, suddenly, engines roared at the perimeter. The Thirteen Enforcers on defense opened a passage, and a red Porsche sped over, stopping right in front of them. Two gorgeous women stepped out—it was Ryoko Sasaki and Gu Meier!
Ray Tang saw the scene and grinned at Shawn, "Brother Shawn, we’re heading out first. With all these beauties by your side, you’d better catch up with them before anything else, haha…"
With that, Ray Tang turned and waved grandly to the Dragon Clear Brotherhood members, "Brothers! Get on the buses, destination: Inagawa Syndicate HQ!"
After Ray Tang and the others left, Shawn asked Ryoko Sasaki and Gu Meier, who had suddenly appeared, "Uh... what brings you two here?"
Ryoko Sasaki covered her mouth and giggled, then stepped forward, "Hehe, did you really think we were out shopping?"
"Weren’t you?" Shawn was stunned.
"Of course not! We were gathering intel. Anyway, let’s get down to business! Shawn-kun, we ran into some Yamaguchi-gumi people and, after dealing with them, got some solid news: the top Divine Mind School onmyoji have already headed to Kanagawa Prefecture to protect the Inagawa Syndicate HQ. Abe Seigen is leading them, and these onmyoji are just as powerful as he is. We need to be prepared—Divine Mind School onmyoji are a big deal in Japan!" Ryoko Sasaki said.
Shawn remembered how troublesome it was dealing with Abe Seigen alone, and frowned. "Uh, so how many onmyoji do they have exactly?"
Gu Meier shook her head, "We’re not sure, but Divine Mind School has four famous Four Grand Elders, and it’s very likely they’ll show up."
At that moment, Luna Xiao suddenly said, "I’ll find a way to deal with those onmyoji, but I’ll need some time to prepare. Ugh... things are moving too fast."
Ryoko Sasaki smiled, "Don’t worry, Boss Xiao. Shawn definitely won’t just stand by, and our Koga Clan will be taking action too."

Kanagawa Prefecture is located in the central part of the Japanese archipelago, southwest of the Kanto Plain, bordering Tokyo to the north. The Inagawa Syndicate’s headquarters, the second largest gang in Japan, sits in this beautiful region.
Less than five kilometers from the famous Hokoku-ji Temple, known for its scenic bamboo groves and stone Buddhas, there’s a sprawling, mysterious villa. Security is tight—if strangers approach, Inagawa Syndicate members in black suits immediately intervene.
The Inagawa Syndicate is backed by several powerful officials in the Japanese cabinet, giving it a strong political background. In the Kanto region, it basically rules the underworld. Allied with the Yamaguchi-gumi, Japan’s top gang, the Inagawa Syndicate wields enormous influence.
Inside the villa’s elegant Japanese-style main house, bodyguards in black suits—clearly armed—patrolled outside. Six men sat cross-legged around a low table inside, all solemn and silent. The heavy atmosphere suggested something big was about to happen.
At the head sat a bald old man in a black kimono, deep wrinkles on his forehead and a large brown age spot above his left eyebrow. His squinting eyes occasionally flashed with a sharp glint. This was Hideo Sanada, the Inagawa Syndicate boss. To his left sat a thin, goateed elder in a white, ancient Japanese onmyoji robe, appearing calm and composed.
Around them were four other elderly men, all in black onmyoji robes. These four onmyoji were the Divine Mind School Four Grand Elders, summoned by Abe Seigen and brought here with shikigami by onmyoji arts.
Hideo Sanada picked up a cup of tea from the table and handed it to the goateed onmyoji, saying, "Mr. Kiyokawa, I’m counting on you for this. Sigh, who would’ve thought those Chinese would be so bold—attacking our Tokyo branch overnight! I should’ve joined forces with the Yamaguchi-gumi to crush them early on, instead of letting them grow. Now they’re strong and hard to deal with. Even Mr. Abe was seriously wounded by a mysterious Chinese Taoist, and he’s on his way here. I have this nagging sense of unease... Mr. Kiyokawa, could you divine the crisis facing the Inagawa Syndicate this time?"
Hideo Sanada rarely meets guests and dislikes reporters. He’s very superstitious—whenever he meets someone, he consults the onmyoji beside him. This onmyoji, Yoshiaki Kiyokawa, has served Inagawa for decades and is deeply trusted.
Yoshiaki Kiyokawa nodded, took the tea, sipped it, then squinted and raised his left hand, quickly calculating with his fingers. He was using the famous Chinese ‘Six Ren Divination’ technique, said to have been created by the Tang dynasty Taoist Li Chunfeng. It’s renowned for its accuracy—Japanese learned it back in the Tang era.
Yoshiaki Kiyokawa was clearly adept at ‘Six Ren Divination.’ His left hand moved quickly, then his expression suddenly froze—his eyes widened in shock, and the teacup fell to the floor, shattering. He stammered, "Death omen! Dire misfortune! At best, utter ruin; at worst, death with no burial! This is the most ominous sign! This time, Hideo... you and the Inagawa Syndicate face an unprecedented crisis!"
Kiyokawa Yoshiaki was clearly adept at ‘Liu Ren Divination.’ His left hand moved quickly, then his expression suddenly froze—his eyes widened in shock, and the teacup fell to the floor, shattering. He stammered, "Death omen! Dire misfortune! At best, utter ruin; at worst, death with no burial! This is the most ominous sign! This time, Sanada... you and the Inagawa Syndicate face an unprecedented crisis!"
