Mortal Dwelling

Ye Chen saw Evan Yang had things to handle and didn’t go out, staying in the tower. Evan was already preparing to go to the Feng Family’s planet, known as Fennspire Star—a first-tier great planet where Feng Family members could be seen everywhere.

Before heading to Fennspire Star, Evan Yang had already taken a Hidden Dragon Elixir. Now his appearance had changed, and his cultivation aura was completely gone—he looked just like an ordinary mortal.

“This should be fine,” Evan Yang said with a smile after checking his appearance, then headed to the city’s star-transmission array and arrived at Fennspire Star.

The star-transmission array instantly sent him to the outskirts of a large city on Fennspire Star. Evan Yang was glad—at least as a mortal, he didn’t have to walk so far.

After entering the city, he learned its name: Haven City. It was bustling and had almost everything, but the Feng Family was the dominant force. Other families could only scrape by here and didn’t dare challenge the Feng Family.

“Let’s think about how to blend into the Feng Family first.” Evan Yang’s outfit was amusing—he looked just like a mountain farmer.

He was, in fact, what people called a herb farmer, carrying a cage with tools on his back as he walked down the main street, heading straight for an inn.

The inn staff saw he was a herb farmer and a waiter stopped him, saying, “Kid, this place is high-end. If you want an inn, go somewhere else.”

Evan Yang hated this kind of snobbery, but since he had to pretend to be an ordinary person, he planned to leave. Just as he was about to go, he saw a group enter—their attire was unmistakable: they were from the Feng Family.

The waiter immediately greeted them, bowing and scraping. “Second Young Master Fenn, the second floor is all prepared for you.”
