At Gavin White's suggestion, Tony Tong and the others went inside to see if Evan Yang's body could be moved. But no matter what they tried, Evan couldn't be shifted at all—he was frozen in place, and wouldn't let anyone touch him. Any contact triggered attacks from his various elemental powers.
"Looks like there's nothing we can do," Gavin White said, frowning.
"So what now?" Brocade worried Evan's body might be damaged by the enemies outside. At that moment Brandon White spoke up, "How about this—move the entire space."
"Move the entire space?" Gavin White stared curiously at Brandon White. Tony Tong and Ethan Ya quickly understood. Tony Tong said, "I'll go ask the Spatial Patriarch. He can definitely move this whole space to a designated location."
"Alright, I'm counting on you," Brandon White said.
Tony Tong nodded, then vanished in a flash, leaving through the tunnel. Everyone pinned their hopes on him.
After returning to the Heavenly Dao Realm, Tony Tong gathered his old subordinates, especially one woman—the Battle Goddess Leah. When she heard they needed the Spatial Patriarch, she said, "I know where he is."
"Where?" Tony Tong asked excitedly.
"At Skyreach Tower!" Leah replied. Tony Tong frowned, "What's he doing there?"
"No idea, but lately he's been there every day, like he's waiting for something," Leah told Tony Tong. Tony Tong quickly took Leah and the others to Skyreach Tower, and sure enough, they found a disheveled old man lying outside, drinking and looking very content.
When he saw Tony Tong, the old man immediately jumped up and laughed, "Finally found you!"
"Looking for me?" Tony Tong asked suspiciously.
"Of course. Last time I left with that kid, he still owes me wine. Can you imagine how frustrated I am? I couldn't find you, so I just waited here," the Spatial Patriarch laughed.
Tony Tong finally remembered—Evan Yang had promised this scruffy old man two hundred bottles of wine. He was glad Evan hadn't given him the wine yet; otherwise, he'd have no idea how to find him.
"Perfect timing. He's run into some trouble and needs your help. Otherwise, you won't get your wine either," Tony Tong said.
"Trouble? What happened?" the Spatial Patriarch asked curiously.
"Just come with me," Tony Tong said. Leah, invited along, went to Brandon White's place. When Gavin White and the others saw Leah arrive with the Spatial Patriarch, they were overjoyed.
The Spatial Patriarch, seeing Evan Yang's situation, laughed, "This kid."
"Senior, please help move this space. There are strong enemies outside—we have to leave soon, or Evan won't be able to move," Gavin White said.
"Relax, he still owes me wine. How could I let him just sit here? Leave it to me," the Spatial Patriarch laughed.
Everyone watched as the Spatial Patriarch took out a pile of items and placed them in the center of the space. After a while, an altar appeared, shooting out all sorts of strange powers that wrapped the whole space.
The noises from outside grew fainter and fainter. No one knew if it was because of the space array, but after half an hour, the sounds vanished completely. The Spatial Patriarch smiled, "You can leave this space now."
Everyone curiously stepped outside and found themselves in another world-realm. The scenery was beautiful—mountains, water, and lovely views. The Spatial Patriarch smiled, "Stay here. This is my world-realm. Without my permission, no one can enter, and they won't be able to find you."
"That's wonderful, thank you so much," Gavin White said gratefully.
Everyone was grateful. Tony Tong and Ethan Ya, having finished their task, were ready to leave. The Spatial Patriarch opened a tunnel to the Heavenly Dao Realm, and everyone saw them off. Leah, feeling she had nothing else to do, decided to stay.
So Brocade, Gavin White, Brandon White, and Leah stayed by Evan Yang's side. The Spatial Patriarch hoped Evan would wake up soon—the wine was just too tempting.
But Evan Yang was still unconscious, and no one knew why.
Meanwhile, at Medicine King Heaven, a few days later, the main hall was finally broken open. But when they saw it was empty, Morris Gui muttered in disbelief, "Impossible. How did they leave?"
"Look, there's an altar," the Bandit Chief pointed out.
Morris Gui walked over to the altar and studied it. "Could it be a spatial transfer?"
"If I'm not mistaken, it must be the Spatial Patriarch. They were already colluding before," the Bandit Chief said angrily.
Morris Gui was furious when he heard this. After all that trouble breaking in, this was the result?
"The Spatial Patriarch's spaces are always bizarre. Looks like we'll have to find another way," the Bandit Chief frowned.
"What way? Now that they've moved, they're not coming out to look for us," Morris Gui said. The Bandit Chief thought for a moment and replied, "The Spatial Patriarch has plenty of enemies. If we find them, maybe we can find him too."
"You mean Javid Darkarmor?" Morris Gui immediately thought of a sinister figure.
"That's right. I know where he is in the Heavenly Dao Realm. Let's go," said the Bandit Chief.
So the two returned to the Heavenly Dao Realm. At a gorge shrouded in black mist, they stopped. Morris Gui exclaimed, "Blackglaze Gorge."
"That's right, Blackglaze Gorge. He likes to cultivate here, so he's stayed for years. I'll call him out," said the Bandit Chief.
Then the Bandit Chief shouted into the gorge, "Javid Darkarmor, come out!"
At that moment, a surge of black qi burst out. "Who dares disturb me!"
The black qi condensed into a humanoid figure, shrouded in swirling darkness—truly eerie. Seeing the extraordinary aura of the Bandit Chief and Morris Gui, he frowned, "Who are you?"
"Never mind who we are. We want your help," said the Bandit Chief.
"Why should I?" Javid Darkarmor snorted.
"We have a common target—the Spatial Patriarch," said the Bandit Chief.
Javid Darkarmor asked suspiciously, "You mean him? What do you want with him?"
"Of course it's important. Are you helping or not?" the Bandit Chief pressed.
"If you can help me deal with the Spatial Patriarch, I'll help you." Javid Darkarmor could sense the Spatial Patriarch's realm, but couldn't break his formations, so he'd never been able to get close.
"Of course," said the Bandit Chief.
"Alright, I'll take you to his world-realm. But his realm isn't easy to enter—you'll have to figure out a way inside," said Javid Darkarmor.
"Don't worry. If you can find it, we'll figure out a way," said the Bandit Chief. So Javid Darkarmor joined them and led them to the Chaos World to search for that world-realm. It was like a tiny dot hidden somewhere in the Chaos World. They thought it would be easy to break in, but found it was extremely difficult. The Bandit Chief and Morris Gui started trying all sorts of methods.
Inside the realm, the Spatial Patriarch naturally knew what was happening, but ignored them. Meanwhile, one day Gavin White suddenly felt terrible—she was rolling around on the grass outside, writhing in discomfort.
Leah was alarmed when she saw this. "What's going on?"
"She might be about to give birth," the Spatial Patriarch said, looking puzzled.
"What should we do?" Leah frowned.
"You're the only woman here, so it's up to you. Help her deliver the child safely," said the Spatial Patriarch.
Leah froze for a moment, but had no choice—she had to do it herself. The others waited at the far end of the prairie, anxious for news.
"This is nerve-wracking—it's been two hours already," Brandon White said worriedly. The Spatial Patriarch replied, "Relax. Your daughter is a Heavenly Dao powerhouse; she'll be fine."
"But the child..." Brandon White always felt the child was strange, different from others.
The Spatial Patriarch laughed, "Don't worry. Just wait."
Just as they finished speaking, a bizarre cloud started swirling over the prairie. The Spatial Patriarch was startled, "What is this?"
"What's wrong?" Brandon White asked curiously.
"Very few things can surpass the existence of my space, but this anomaly actually appeared. Looks like this child is extraordinary," the Spatial Patriarch muttered.
"No way. What's going on?" Brandon White said anxiously.
Just then, a powerful infant's cry echoed from afar, and Leah sent word. Everyone rushed over and saw Gavin White drenched in sweat, her clothes scuffed from rolling on the grass—evidence of how hard the delivery had been.
They saw Leah holding a baby. The baby's eyes were wide open, darting around as if searching for something.
Brandon White excitedly rushed over and picked up the child—a little boy. He laughed, "Moon, look, your son!"
The child seemed to hear something and suddenly floated into the air. Everyone was startled—a baby able to float was beyond strange. Gavin White was also shocked.
"What a prodigy! He can do this even in my space. This little boy—would you let him be my disciple? I'll teach him all my spatial arts," the Spatial Patriarch said excitedly.
Brandon White and Gavin White naturally had no objections, so Gavin smiled, "It would be wonderful for a senior like you to teach him."
"Have you decided on a name yet?" the Spatial Patriarch asked.
Just then, the baby spoke telepathically, "My name is Ling Yang!"
Everyone was shocked—he could speak! Gavin White asked in surprise, "How do you already have a name?"
"Dad gave it to me," the baby replied.
"Your dad?" Gavin White asked suspiciously. The others raised their eyebrows. The baby continued, "My dad is unconscious right now, but he told me to let you know he's fine. I wanted to come out, so I came out early to play."
"Your dad? Evan Yang? You can communicate with him?" Gavin White was stunned, and the others were speechless.
The baby continued, "My dad and I can connect mentally. Whatever he thinks, I know; whatever I think, he knows. So don't be so surprised."
