Fusion of Light and Water

This sudden move stirred everyone's nerves.

"You... how did you...?" Kenzie Quinn asked in shock and disbelief.

"Don't forget, I have the earth attribute. Your attacks are fast, but I can still escape underground." Evan Yang smiled.

"Earth escape? Damn it, so you actually slipped underground just now!" Kenzie Quinn said angrily.

"That's right. What do you think?" Evan Yang replied.

"You—there's no way you'll escape this time!" Kenzie Quinn shouted. Suddenly, wind rose from underground, and columns of swirling air erupted from below, each like a rotating shredder embedded in the earth's surface. If Evan Yang didn't jump or dodge, he'd be dragged right in.

"She has tricks like this too?" Evan Yang muttered to himself.

"That's just the beginning. Watch this." After Evan Yang focused on the scene, Kenzie Quinn snorted coldly. She summoned another fierce wind, which instantly surrounded Evan Yang, sealing off every possible escape route.

The Moonbreeze Sect disciples cheered—they finally managed to trap Evan Yang, making his earth escape useless. Elder Simon Spring and the others watched curiously.

"He can't do it, can he?" Bald Lee jeered.

"Just watch, stop fussing," Elder Simon Spring said.

Bald Lee could only stay quiet, watching the scene. Sean Shen also kept his eyes on the arena, wondering how Evan Yang would escape this predicament.

From Kenzie Quinn's perspective, Evan Yang had nowhere left to go—he would be shredded by the wind, and even if he survived, he'd be badly injured.

Evan Yang smiled. "Your move is impressive, but it's still not enough to hurt me." As he spoke, he suddenly appeared outside the storm, right next to Kenzie Quinn.

Kenzie Quinn was stunned. She was sure she had sealed every exit—how did Evan Yang get out? Not just her, but everyone else was baffled by his escape.

"That's a secret—you'll never figure it out," Evan Yang said with a smile. In truth, he used the wind itself, found a gap, and in an instant, crossed through it.

"You..." Kenzie Quinn, already drained from summoning so many wind formations, was shocked.

Evan Yang pointed at her and said, "You should concede."

"I—I won't lose!" Kenzie Quinn protested stubbornly. Evan Yang shook his head helplessly, waved his hand, and a mass of earth covered her.

Trapped, Kenzie Quinn was at Evan Yang's mercy. The Moonbreeze Sect disciples watching all showed shocked expressions, until one finally spoke, "We concede."
