Inside the Physical Fitness Activity Building, at the martial arts training ground.

Around seventy to eighty martial arts students exchanged bewildered glances, their hearts filled with confusion they could not comprehend.

But these are just basic martial arts movements!

Basic movements are supposed to be the simplest and safest. Even someone in poor health wouldn't get hurt, yet Andrew Han somehow managed to twist his waist doing them?

This has already gone beyond the normal limits!

But if you go past that limit, you're entering advanced martial arts territory—at least an eighth-grade martial artist would be needed to pull it off!

"Gulp."

Sam Sun licked his dry lips, unsure what to say.

By normal standards of bone structure... Unless someone was born with fragile bones, no matter how strong they were, it would be impossible to twist that far.

"Ahem." Mr. Newman coughed, flipped onto the stage, and circled Andrew Han several times, mumbling to himself, "Such a thing is possible?"

His previously gloomy expression eased a little as he examined Andrew Han with great interest.

The entire hall fell silent.

A few late martial arts students joined the group out of curiosity, whispering to their classmates. When they learned about Andrew Han's mishap, they couldn't help but be both amused and bewildered.

......

On the stage.

Andrew Han could only smile wryly, letting Mr. Newman inspect him. After a moment, Mr. Newman moved his right palm and slapped Andrew Han's left waist, producing a crisp sound.

Thud.

Andrew Han fell to the ground, and his twisted body returned to normal.

"Hiss."

Andrew Han clutched his waist, feeling a sharp pain on his left side, anxiety rising in his heart... Had he actually fractured a bone?

Damn!

When I practiced this move this morning... I used all my strength, but I barely reached the standard. There’s no way it could have caused this scene.

Andrew Han blinked, a sudden inspiration flashing through his mind.

Could it be because of the Graywhite Aura?

Mr. Newman pursed his lips and said calmly, "Andrew Han, no need to test further. You have some talent for martial arts, and your inner strength is quite strong."

Andrew Han replied blankly, "Uh..."

Mr. Newman continued, "Whether you practice martial arts is up to you. But... as long as you work hard, you should reach the seventh grade by the college entrance exam. For now, go back to class and buy some blood-circulating and pain-relieving medicine; you'll recover in about a week."

With that, ...

Mr. Newman waved his hand, signaling Andrew Han that he could leave.

The students below the stage gasped in surprise, their eyes full of astonishment... Reaching the seventh grade in just over ninety days was already impressive. Most of them were sixth or seventh grade martial artists.

The crew-cut boy felt his face burn with embarrassment and quietly retreated several steps, hiding at the edge of the group.

Tap.

Andrew Han clutched his left waist as he descended the steps beside the stage.

Go back to class first.

Andrew Han glanced at Sam Sun, gave a grateful smile, then left the martial arts training ground and exited the Fitness Center.

......

Class 7, Grade 12, during evening self-study.

Andrew Han gripped his black carbon pen, pretending to read his textbook, but inside he was overjoyed. He finally understood the effect of the Graywhite Aura!

It enhances physical fitness in all aspects!

He had injured his waist during the first exercise in the Fitness Center because his strength had increased so much that he couldn't adapt right away.
