At this moment, Ryan Ling understood better than anyone: if he wanted a shot at victory, he had to strike fast. Right at this critical juncture, Dragon City's Four Warden Kings finally made their move—and this time, they were going for the kill. Each one unleashed their full power, and the black divine dragons above their heads suddenly bared their fangs and claws, spewing intense flames. The sheer force was enough to make anyone's blood boil; it was like each of them had a massive volcano erupting atop their heads.
Boom! Four streams of fire blasted straight at Ryan. These weren't ordinary flames—their power was off the charts. Even a Saint Immortal would be burned to bones in an instant. But facing this insane spectacle, Ryan didn't flinch at all. Instead, he charged right into them. Bathed in blazing fire, he looked like an immortal phoenix, his whole body erupting with flames—not just any color, but a deep ocean blue. As his flames spread, the fire dragons' attacks instantly broke apart.
"How is that even possible?" The Four Warden Kings went pale. They knew better than anyone what those four fire dragons could do—their combined power should've wiped out everything in their path. Even if they couldn't defeat Ryan, they should've at least held him back. But now? Total shock. To Ryan, these fire dragons looked like toys, totally useless. And don't forget, each dragon was Saint Immortal-level!
"All in! Use everything you've got—blast him, wipe him out!" One of the Warden Kings shouted, not hesitating for a second. He flew at Ryan, and the other three followed right behind. Clearly, those fire dragons alone couldn't stop Ryan; only by attacking together could they hope to block him.
In a blink, the Four Warden Kings plus their four fire dragons all charged at Ryan. The whole world around them turned bright red—the scene was earth-shattering, like everything was burning at once. Ryan was trapped right in the center of it all, locked down tight!
"All together—combine every ounce of power and finish him!" The Four Warden Kings yelled at once, totally losing it. Their strength shot to the max, and Ryan looked like he had zero chance of escaping. Every possible exit was sealed tight.
"This has got to be the legendary hellfire, right?" a nearby powerhouse couldn't help but gasp. In his eyes, the flames everywhere had turned pitch black, and inside them, terrifying devils with huge fangs appeared. Clearly, these weren't from the Immortal World—they were from the scariest hell, Abaddon. These monsters could sweep through anything, devouring every living thing in sight.
"Isn't this totally against the rules? How can they use demonic tricks in the King of a Hundred Cities Tournament?"
"Exactly! Pulling this kind of stunt is a total violation. Are the tournament guardians blind or what?"
"Hey, you two should quit talking. These are the Four Warden Kings! You wanna mouth off in front of them? That's suicide. This fight is way out of our league—let's just sit back and watch."
...
Seeing the Four Warden Kings pull off moves like these, the crowd started murmuring, obviously annoyed. But these guys were the strongest of the strong—even if they broke the rules, nobody dared step in. Everyone just turned a blind eye; after all, these weren't ordinary contestants.
Right now, everyone watching thought Ryan was in serious danger—if he didn't act soon, he'd be toast. But just then, Ryan erupted. All his Ancestor Immortal power surged to the max, and to everyone's shock, that insanely strong Saint Immortal joined the fight too. Man and spirit teamed up, just like back in the day with Old Ghost, but this Saint was way stronger. With his help, Ryan's strength shot up again, his explosive power even crazier. To the crowd, it looked totally bizarre: Ryan wasn't just wielding ancient Ancestor mountain power, he had terrifying Saint Immortal force too. The two powers fused together, making Ryan more mysterious than ever—no one could figure out how strong he really was!
"What the hell is this guy?" The crowd just got more and more confused. But Ryan wasn't about to give them another chance. His power was now fully honed, every ounce mobilized—he had to move fast. Only speed would let him wipe out the Four Warden Kings for real.
Right then, the Four Warden Kings felt the pressure flip. Before, Ryan couldn't move; now, it was them who were stuck. All four froze in midair, like someone hit their pressure points—they couldn't move at all. Their faces looked awful, like they were seriously sick. Lord North, who'd already been hurt, was shaking all over, sweat pouring down his face. Their advantage was totally gone; now they were just meat on the chopping block for Ryan!

"Ryan, now's your chance—go full massacre mode!" The Saint Immortal at Ryan's side shouted, not hesitating for a second.
Ryan held his breath. Right now, his teamwork with the Saint Immortal was like perfect yin-yang harmony. Ryan was the Lord of Hell, after all—working with a ghost suited him better than teaming up with a human. Their combined power was earth-shattering. In a flash, deafening explosions rang out, space itself ripped apart, and terrifying mushroom-cloud skulls appeared in the sky above the Immortal World. Ryan was unleashing his demonic skills to the max.
Compared to what the Four Warden Kings had pulled earlier, it was totally child's play—no contest at all.
But just then, the tournament guardians suddenly yelled, "Rule violation! Major violation! Using demonic skills in the Immortal World—are you trying to get yourself killed?"
Hearing that, Ryan was furious, and the crowd went wild too. The so-called guardians were obviously siding with the Four Warden Kings, treating everyone else like idiots. Before Ryan could even respond, a bunch of indignant voices shouted out.
"This is messed up! The Four Warden Kings used demonic tricks first, but now you're calling Ryan a demon? You think we're stupid?" As the protests died down, the mood shifted—the guardians looked embarrassed and totally lost for words.
In a blink, the whole situation flipped—Ryan struck. The air exploded with energy. The already-injured North Warden King detonated instantly, a top-tier master wiped out in a heartbeat. No one could stop him; it was so fast, people could barely process it. As the North Warden King fell, Ryan grabbed two more Warden Kings in his hands—everything happened in a split second.
"This guy's speed is unreal—how is he so fast? It's insane!" The Heaven-Earth Sect folks up on the platform couldn't help but yell. They'd planned to strike only if Ryan slipped up, since it was four-on-one. But now, not only did Ryan block all four attacks solo, he killed the North Warden King! That totally wrecked their plan. The guardians turned pale, all at a loss for what to do.
But the spectators were pumped—everyone started screaming. The King of a Hundred Cities Tournament was getting wild thanks to Ryan. Underdog victories are what everyone wants to see, and Ryan was delivering big time. The women in the crowd were especially fired up, shouting like Ryan was their man!
"Things are getting out of hand—stop the match now! If this keeps up, the Four Warden Kings are toast!" On the platform, the tournament officials finally panicked. They had to act—if they didn't, things would get seriously ugly.
You have to understand, the Four Warden Kings were basically preselected for the Hundred Cities leaderboard—they were the absolute elite. If they all died, it'd be a total disaster!
"Stop him! Make sure that kid spares them—nothing can go wrong!" The top tournament boss shouted, his voice booming across the arena, blasting straight at Ryan.
"Kid! Stop right now—you can't kill anyone else!"
"Holy crap, Dragon City's experts are stepping in—that's some serious power!" someone nearby yelled, clearly impressed by the intervention.
But Ryan didn't hesitate for a second. No retreat, no mercy—he blasted forward, his power exploding out, blocking the expert's attack in an instant!
"How is this possible?" The crowd couldn't believe it—Ryan actually blocked the attack, and did it with ease!
"Today, nobody in all the worlds can save you. You must die!" Ryan shouted, his massive power crashing down on the remaining three Warden Kings. Their faces turned ghostly pale, hearts pounding—they were helpless, terror written all over them.
"No, no!" The three Warden Kings cried out. Except for the East Warden King, the other two couldn't hold out at all. Ryan's crushing power ripped their clothes and bodies open, blood streaming everywhere, even their scalps splitting. They looked totally crazed with fear. Ryan didn't hesitate—his giant hand grabbed the two, and with a thunderous boom, they exploded, their essence flooding into Ryan's body. The thrill was unreal!
As their essence poured into Ryan, he felt a surge of excitement—his power was skyrocketing, leveling up like crazy. No hesitation, just pure breakthrough. The world shook, everything withered, and all the energy roared inside him. He was absolutely on top of the world!
