Misunderstanding

Red Melody KTV, medium-sized private room on the third floor.

Ken, Ken King?

The burly man still lying on the ground looked at Ken King in disbelief.

Although Ken King was just an idle, unemployed youth, his older brother Gavin King was the head coach at Honglu Martial Arts Gym and also involved in some shady businesses.

Their parents passed away years ago.

Gavin King took great care of Ken King, never allowing anyone to bully his younger brother. He gave him generous pocket money, letting him enjoy life to the fullest.

But what was happening now?

Who is he? What could possibly scare Ken King like this?

The burly man lying on the ground clutched his arm, an uncontrollable chill rising in his heart.

The other seven burly men exchanged uneasy glances, cautiously glancing at the delicate-faced Andrew Han, their hearts pounding with anxiety.

......

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Ken King grabbed Kevin Wang's head and slammed it against the glass tabletop, shouting angrily, "Unbelievable! In broad daylight, who are you making drink? Who do you want to drink? Is there any law left in this world?"

Scum!

Absolutely scum!

His face was flushed, showing extreme anger.

......

Grace Chen, with her fair face and long, shapely legs, couldn't help but tremble. She fell onto the sofa in shock, her delicate hand covering her mouth as she watched the absurd scene unfold.

The other two girls were even more stunned, left speechless and their minds blank.

He—he's just a high school student?

A high school student—how could he make Ken King so scared? Does his family have power or influence?

Grace Chen's face was filled with astonishment, her mind in chaos and confusion.

......

Helen Han was also dumbfounded, blinking in disbelief.

Her previous anger turned into boundless absurdity, as if she had witnessed the world turn upside down. Her mind nearly froze on the spot.

Is this my cousin?

My younger cousin, Andrew Han, is just a regular senior in high school! My second uncle's family just runs a normal business... How does he have such terrifying presence?

Helen Han, wearing cropped pants, stared blankly at the previously arrogant white-haired youth Ken King, who was now indignantly smashing Kevin Wang.

He looked just like a messenger of justice.

She wanted to laugh, she really did.

Could anything be more absurd than this? Could anything be more amusing?

But...

Helen Han glanced at her cousin Andrew Han's indifferent face, at the furious Ken King, and the rather miserable Kevin Wang, but she couldn't bring herself to laugh... The laughter was stuck in her heart, mixed with other strange emotions.

The next moment.

Enough, Ken King." Andrew Han stared at Ken King. "I remember last time you had yellow hair. When did it turn white?

Bang!

Ken King hurriedly let go of Kevin Wang, turned and smiled, "I just dyed it last week. Gray-white hair is trendy lately... Bro, are you here to sing? Hey, I'm pretty familiar with the owner of Red Melody KTV. I'll have him upgrade you to a luxury room."

This shabby private room is so small, it doesn't suit you at all, bro.

Andrew Han stared at Ken King, frowning.

He was just a student. If anything, he only had a fifth-rank martial arts grade, yet it made Ken King so cautious, even fearful?

There must have been a misunderstanding, or something went wrong somewhere.

Ken King gritted his teeth, recalling his elder brother's fear and anxiety, as well as that desperate, urgent warning—

"There's a terrifying figure at City Experimental High! That Andrew Han practiced martial arts for just a month and went from an ordinary student to a Rank Three—he's definitely connected to that figure! Don't provoke him, never ever provoke him, or the two of us... we'll die!"

He shivered.

If he died, that was fine, but if his brother got dragged down with him, the guilt would be unbearable... His brother had given him so much, how could he let him suffer?

Thinking about this...

Ken King stepped forward, bowed deeply, and said in a low voice, "B-brother, this really is a misunderstanding. I just had a disagreement with Wang Kang... I'm willing to pay any price to make it right."

Andrew Han narrowed his eyes, feeling more and more puzzled inside.

But no matter what the misunderstanding was, he wasn't afraid of Ken King. His Rank Five martial arts gave him enough confidence and strength.

Andrew Han pondered for a moment. "It really was a misunderstanding."

Ken King thought Andrew Han had let the matter go, not realizing Andrew's idea of a 'misunderstanding' was different from his own.

He was instantly overjoyed. "Yes, yes, just a misunderstanding. Brother, there's a luxury suite on the fourth floor—would you like to go there?"

"No need." Andrew Han gave Ken King a long look, then walked past the confused strongmen to the other side of the sofa and found his student card.

Pa-da.

Pa-da.

He walked to the door of the suite and looked at his cousin Helen Han. "Helen, let's go."

"Mm."

Helen Han glanced at her cousin Andrew Han, her expression complicated. She quickly stood up, pulling along Grace Chen and the other roommates, who were still lost in confusion, and walked out of the suite.

As for Wang Kang?

No one wanted to deal with such a disgusting guy.

Outside the main entrance of Red Melody KTV.

Helen Han glanced at her cousin Andrew Han, finally unable to hold back her question: "Andrew, weren't you going to a classmate's house to study? Why are you back? And do you know Ken King?"

Upon hearing this,

Grace Chen and the others' eyes flashed with curiosity; they instantly looked up at Andrew Han.

Andrew Han shook his student card and smiled lightly. "I just happened to leave my card in the suite. As for Ken King... I don't really know what happened either."

"Helen."

He spoke seriously, "Don't mention any of this to the family today. I'm worried Uncle will tell my dad."

Helen Han nodded. "No problem, don't worry."

Andrew Han exchanged a few words with his cousin Helen Han, then turned and strode off toward the distant bus stop, ready to search for the Graywhite Aura.

"My cousin really has grown up."

Helen Han muttered softly, watching Andrew Han's retreating figure, unsure what she was feeling inside.

Grace Chen also watched Andrew Han's back.

She pressed her long, shapely legs together and took a deep breath, her chest trembling slightly. "Helen... your cousin is really impressive."

Thinking back, she had really lost her head earlier.

The arrogant white-haired youth, Ken King—though she didn't know his background, he seemed like a rich kid. But even he was nervous in front of Andrew Han, let alone someone like Wang Kang.

To think she had tried to lecture Andrew Han about manners.

"Luckily my roommate's cousin didn't hold it against me." As she thought about it, Grace Chen's fair face flushed. "When he got up to leave, I didn't care at all. I thought he was sulking, just being childish."

"Turns out he just couldn't be bothered with us."
