Egghead the Cousin

Sean Hayes stared intently into the distance, his heart pounding with excitement. After months of searching, he had finally found General Alexander Hayes!

Sean dashed forward, so thrilled he almost dropped to his knees—only to be subtly kicked in the leg by Lucky, forcing him to stand up straight.

Sean froze for a second, then clasped his hands in greeting, his voice trembling with excitement: "General..."

"Egghead!" To his surprise, General Alexander Hayes warmly grabbed his wrist, cutting him off mid-sentence.

Lily Evans was taken aback, giving Sean a once-over. Despite his modest attire, the fabric was fine and his bearing and looks didn’t match someone from a poor family.

Sean was utterly confused. What was going on here?

But then Alexander Hayes gripped his wrist even tighter. Sean, quick on the uptake, immediately played along, warmly grabbing Alexander’s hand and declaring, "Little Egghead!"

Lucky let out a sigh of relief and shot Sean a look that said, "Good job, you’ve got some sense."

"This is my distant cousin... Egghead! We’ve been separated for years!" Lucky pulled Sean over and introduced him to Lily Evans.

Egghead!? Sean’s mouth twitched. General, couldn’t you have given me a better nickname!?
