"Teacher Flame, Greedy Wolf Academy has sent an envoy. Do you want to meet them?"
A teacher reported to Drake Flame. For this Tri-Academy Summit, Drake Flame was Golden Dragon Academy's field commander.
"Looks like Greedy Wolf Academy is feeling the pressure from Ian Song. They're here to propose an alliance with us!" Drake Flame mused.
"That would be best. If we join forces, we can defeat Heavenly Tome Academy first!"
The teacher replied.
Soon, Greedy Wolf Academy's envoy was invited inside.
"Greetings, Teacher Flame!"
"No need to be so formal, Teacher Blue Blood!"
Blue Blood smiled. "I suppose Teacher Flame already knows why I'm here?"
"Indeed."
Drake Flame nodded.
"So what does Teacher Flame think?" Blue Blood asked again.
"It's absolutely necessary!"
With Drake Flame's answer, Blue Blood was very satisfied. The two sides then began negotiations.
The next day.
Greedy Wolf Academy and Golden Dragon Academy both led their armies toward Heavenly Tome Academy.
"Teacher Song, Greedy Wolf Academy and Golden Dragon Academy have joined forces. Their armies will arrive soon!"
A teacher hurried over, face full of anxiety, and reported to Ian Song.
"No worries!"
Ian Song waved his hand confidently. "They can't break through our town's defenses!"
"Let's hope so!"
The teacher replied. To be honest, he wasn't feeling very confident.
An hour later.
The combined force of 140,000 soldiers from both academies arrived at the city walls.
Ian Song led his teachers and students up onto the city walls as well.
"Attack!"
The 140,000-strong army surged forward, rapidly advancing toward the city walls.
Countless attacks were unleashed, smashing heavily against the city walls.

The defensive array protecting the city was simply too strong.
Seeing this, Heavenly Tome Academy's teachers and students finally breathed a sigh of relief.

The beams collided with the defensive array, erupting in a thunderous explosion. But when the dust settled, the array was still perfectly intact, leaving the teachers and students of Golden Dragon Academy and Greedy Wolf Academy looking rather grim.
How could this city's defenses be so strong? The combined power of tens of thousands of soldiers should rival a Tribulation-level powerhouse.
Unconvinced, both sides launched several more attacks, but all ended in failure.
"What should we do, Teacher Flame?"
Teachers from both academies gathered to discuss their options.
Drake Flame shook his head thoughtfully. "We miscalculated—their array is too strong. The only way is to have all 140,000 form a single battle array and launch one massive strike. Maybe that can break their defenses."
With that, both sides pulled back a hundred li and began rehearsing their battle array.
"Teacher Song, your array is just too powerful!"
A student praised him.
"Our teacher can do anything!" Hannah Dongli Frost said proudly.
A few days later, the distant armies returned in force.
They formed a single 140,000-strong battle array and bombarded the array.
Unfortunately, it still failed.
This drove the teachers of Golden Dragon Academy and Greedy Wolf Academy crazy. If Heavenly Tome Academy's people stayed inside, there was nothing they could do about them.

The two academies withdrew their troops.
A few days later, the two sides started fighting each other.
But Ian Song didn't bring his troops to join the chaos.
